Starting a new business venture can feel like jumping off a cliff instead of taking a casual stroll in the park.  What makes that first step so difficult for many, is the fear of failure and the idea that they might disappoint not only themselves, but those around them. 

But what we all need to remember is failure is a part of life, and is often a part of running your own business. All entrepreneurs need to learn to accept this fear and to come to a certain level of acceptance with it if they are to succeed.
